Supply Chain Excellence Manager (internal recruitment)
We are looking for a Supply Chain Excellence Specialist for a newly established position. Supply Chain Excellence refers to the strategic optimization of the Diagnostics’ Supply Chain Operations to maximize efficiency, reliability and customer satisfaction, while minimizing costs. The Supply Chain Excellence position focuses on strategically optimizing end-to-end supply chain operations to maximize efficiency, reduce costs, and improve reliability. The role will be driving developing best-in-class processes and enhancing performance through analytics and data throughout the Global Supply Chain.
Key Responsibilities & Focus Areas:
- Process Optimization: Identifying inefficiencies and implementing improvements across planning, procurement, and logistics.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborating with manufacturing, Sales, and logistics teams to create a unified, customer-focused chain.
- Supply Chain efficiency: Leading cross-functional improvement programs focused on cost reduction, labor efficiency, energy optimization, and process excellence.
Common Requirements:
- Experience in supply chain management, logistics, or operational excellence
- Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data and drive improvements
- Project management skills to lead initiatives across different departments
- If the candidate has experience with Continuous Improvement, it would be considered as a good addition
Your profile:
- You hold a master’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or a related field, and you bring 5+ years of experience in operations, manufacturing, or supply chain leadership.
- You have a solid track record in driving cost out and productivity improvements. As a person, you combine strategic thinking with strong execution, are highly data driven, and communicate effectively at all levels.
- You collaborate well across cultures and organizations while bringing a global mindset, and contribute positively to our performance, while remaining passionate about continuous improvement and sustainable performance.
- Your English skills are excellent verbal and written.
