R&D Project Manager - Consumables
R&D Diagnostics Poland is a well-functioning and reliable unit constantly broadening its competences and area of cooperation. We are part of the global Research and Development function with an ambition to deliver high-end and innovative solutions within audiological instrumentation.
As a R&D Project Manager for Consumables, you will lead the development of high-volume Class I medical devices in the consumables industry. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, quality, regulatory, marketing, and operations. A key aspect of this role is ensuring product development activities are well-coordinated, compliant with regulations, and aligned with the project schedule.

What tasks are waiting for you?
- Drive development and maintenance projects, including early-stage scoping and coordination of in-sourcing activities for high-volume Class I medical devices, following our internal development process.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration across R&D, Quality, Regulatory, Marketing, and Operations to ensure alignment and progress.
- Manage project timelines and deliverables, ensuring activities are structured, compliant, and on track.
- Maintain technical documentation and support design control processes in accordance with ISO 13485 and other regulatory standards.
- Facilitate communication and reporting, including meeting coordination, status updates, and stakeholder follow-up.
It would be great if you:
- Degree in engineering, project management, or a related technical field.
- Experience coordinating product development in a regulated industry (e.g., medical devices, diagnostics, or food-grade consumables).
- Experience with high-volume, high-mix product development and Class I medical devices is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Experience with project tracking tools and structured development processes.
- Knowledge of design control principles, including requirements management, verification planning, and risk management.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively across cross-functional and international teams.
