NPI Coordinator (internal recruitment)

As an NPI Coordinator, you will play a key role in connecting engineering, production, warehouse operations, production planning, and other business functions to ensure the smooth introduction of new products into manufacturing. This position offers a unique opportunity to become a central point of coordination for NPI activities at our Rosówek site and make a direct impact on how new products transition from development to production. 

You will work closely with local and global stakeholders, supporting engineering changes, product transfers, pilot builds, and implementation of new manufacturing processes. What tasks are waiting for you? 

 

  • Coordinate New Product Introduction (NPI) activities and act as the main point of contact for NPI projects at the Rosówek site. 
  • Coordinate pilot builds, production reviews, engineering activities, and product transfer projects. 
  • Ensure that all processes, procedures, and project milestones are followed and completed on time. 
  • Support implementation of engineering changes, including creation and maintenance of technical documentation and Bills of Materials (BOMs). 
  • Manage and update product information within the PLM system. 
  • Support the introduction of new products and manufacturing processes into production. 
  • Create, supervise, and maintain technical and production documentation. 
  • Support production teams in resolving technical and process-related issues. 
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives focused on product introduction and manufacturing efficiency.

  • Are a strong communicator who enjoys working with different teams and stakeholders across the organization; 
  • Can build engagement, align priorities, and drive activities forward, even without formal managerial authority; 
  • Take ownership, stay organized, and successfully coordinate multiple tasks, deadlines, and follow-ups; 
  • Enjoy solving problems, finding practical solutions, and collaborating across functions; 
  • Have an interest in manufacturing, engineering, product introductions, or project coordination; 
  • Are comfortable working with Microsoft Office and business systems such as ERP or PLM platforms; 
  • Are fluent in English, as you will collaborate with international colleagues on a daily basis.
