Business Process Partner

As part of our commitment to excellence, we are seeking a talented and dynamic Business Process Partner in our Customer Service, Logistics, Warehouse and Procurement division to help drive operational efficiency and enhance our service delivery.
Your focus:
• You will have an unique opportunity to cooperate closely with Diagnostics sales companies where you will focus on:
• Day to day Customer Service, Warehouse, Logistics and Procurement process support.
• Facilitate training and knowledge-sharing across teams on best practices and process improvements.
• Develop and maintain performance metrics and KPIs to monitor effectiveness and identify opportunities.
• Analyze current processes, identify areas for improvement, and recommend solutions to optimize performance, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Together with area Business Process Owner will drive global solutions to ensure that Diagnostics operates with verified solution and a solid set of standardized processes.
• Work closely with IT and other support departments to ensure seamless integration of service processes with other business functions.
• Provide business updates keeping momentum and communication in place.

Your profile:
• You are experienced and you have good understanding of Customer Service, Warehouse and Logistic processes in sales companies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Logistics or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• You are fluent in English.
• Knowledge of CRM, ERP, or similar service management software. Experience in Navision/365 & Sales Force will be big advantage.
• Experience in ERP transformation will be huge advantage.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• You have an international profile, and you are open to traveling abroad when needed.
• You have high communication skills to combine business understanding.
• You are a team player with drive and passion. You are sharp, curious, mature, hardworking and, just as importantly, you are good listener and fun to work with.
