Business Process Owner for PLM
Are you eager to improve the performance of a global company through system development and optimization of processes? Right now, we are looking for a new Business Process Owner to join our Global Business Support Team with the responsibility for the setting-up & keeping global standard for PLM processes within Diagnostics.
You will be based at our production facility in Rosówek however will work with many of our manufacturers, brand owners and sales companies across whole world.

Your focus
Your overall focus will be to work with standardization of modules and processes within ARAS – our PLM solution with focus on:
• Driving global solutions to ensure that Diagnostics operates with verified solution and a solid set of standardized processes.
• Proposing ARAS development agenda and execution with project team and ARAS Process Partner.
• Coordination of PLM area within Global Business Support.
• Close cooperation with area Business Partner, Business Owners & Partner from other supporting functions and IT Developers and External IT Consultants.
Overall, you will be working closely together with our world wide entities exposed to PLM.

Your profile
• You have min. 3 years of experience working in a PLM system as a User. Experience with ARAS Innovator will be big advantage.
• You were part of PLM system deployment team.
• Experience in business support system administration is a plus.
• You have technical degree (ether in Mechanics, Electronics or IT).
• huge advantage would be knowledge of Mechanical and Electronical components as well as software tools used for their design.
• Terms like ECO, ECR, NPI, R&D or Masterdata are no stranger to You and You hold a deep understanding of processes behind them.
• You have high communication skills to combine both technical and business understanding.
• You are fluent in English,
• You have an international profile, and you are open to traveling abroad when needed.
• You are a team player with drive and passion, you have great analytical skills. You are sharp, curious, mature, hardworking and, just as importantly, you are humble and fun to work with.
