The task of the Service Center is to handle after-sales orders (warranty and post-warranty orders) as part of the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) process for customers from all over the world.

The process includes: order registration, acceptance, repairs, calibrations, packaging and invoicing. In addition, we are responsible for Field Service (customer service) in the area of installation and repair of ‘Balance’ systems. Our responsibilities include technical support for ‘Event stock’ devices and help desk support for Calluna calibration systems.
