Our Research & Development area plays a key role in creating advanced diagnostic solutions for hearing care and balance assessment. Working closely with our colleagues in Denmark, Germany, the United States, and the United Kingdom, we are responsible for delivering top-quality products used by hearing care professionals and medical specialists worldwide.

The Software team is made up of experienced engineers who follow Agile methodologies throughout the development process. We are deeply involved in every stage—from idea and design to implementation and maintenance—focusing on stability, quality, and continuous improvement. Our mission is to deliver innovative, world-class software solutions that meet our customers’ needs and support the highest standards of patient care.

The Hardware team is responsible for developing new products and improving existing ones. Our cross-functional team includes mechanical engineers, electronics specialists, and embedded systems developers. We work in close collaboration with our Danish counterparts as part of global project teams.

We put strong emphasis on innovation, constantly exploring and implementing new technologies into our products. In addition to our extensive portfolio of hearing diagnostic equipment, we have recently expanded our focus to include balance assessment devices, with a newly formed team dedicated to this exciting area.
