The main task of the Quality Department is to support production and storage processes in order to obtain products that comply with legal regulations and our customer's requirements.

Our daily duties include, among others, incoming inspection of components used in the production of devices, verification of the correct course of production and storage processes, and management of non-compliant products. We also record and analyse complaints and internal non-conformities, which result in the implementation of corrective and preventive measures to improve our processes.

Our tasks also include maintaining the quality management system so that it complies with legal requirements and ISO 13485, FDA and MDSAP guidelines. We also coordinate the preparation of the organisation for internal and external audits.

We work with all areas of the company on a daily basis and believe that each of us has an impact on the quality of our products.
