Production Planning is a key element of production process management at DGS Diagnostics.

This area deals with the determination of the quantity of goods produced at a specific time, taking into account the individual needs of the customer. We create production plans, which are then implemented by the production department. With the plan, we bring order to processes that may be chaotic, arranging them into a logical sequence of events. We oversee the flow of materials and information from the identification of the need for raw materials to the delivery of the final product. Planning is closely linked to the company-wide strategy and is integral to a number of other processes. Therefore, we are committed to achieving Diagnostics' business objectives. We work closely with every department in our organisation.
