The Master Data area is primarily responsible for ensuring data quality in the systems used in our organisation. Our primary task is to ensure the correct transfer of this data between systems and then to maintain it in a uniform form in systems that communicate with each other.

Our group consists of three areas: ‘Operations’ – production support in Rosówek, other production companies and sales companies, ‘Analytics’ – building data models and Power BI reporting, and ‘Projects’ – supporting the development of business processes in the area of master data.

Among the many processes carried out in our area, the most important are: configuring master data in the ERP system for Production and other companies, calculating and replicating transfer prices, providing data to customers (production and commercial companies), developing, modifying, distributing and maintaining reports for Production and Production support departments, as well as other companies from the Diagnostics group.

We work with basically every area of the organisation, including Customer Service, Technical Documentation, Service, Purchasing, Planning, and others.
