The Customer Service Department focuses on establishing professional and lasting relationships with customers. Our main task is to manage and coordinate orders from the moment they are accepted until they are delivered to their destination.

In addition, we prepare offers for customers and sales managers. We complete the necessary documents for shipping our products. We tailor our services to the individual shipping needs of our customers. We provide information on product availability and possible substitutes. We generate licence keys and calculate prices. We provide technical information about our products. We ensure the smooth running of the supply chain and analyse customer satisfaction.

In the process of processing orders and enquiries, we work closely with other departments in our company, such as purchasing, planning, technical documentation, and technical and logistics. An integral part of our work is the continuous expansion of our knowledge about products and processes at DGS Diagnostics.
