Your new job is waiting for you
You are a crucial component in shaping our global marketing analytics and insights services working with colleagues across borders and functions.
As Marketing Analyst, you will have an important role in:
- Managing our Global Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager Solutions.
- Leading the Tracking Excellence efforts across markets. This includes training stakeholders as well as developing structured tracking processes across systems.
- Working with contact, sales, and marketing data, business intelligence tools, and new technologies to provide actionable insights and support decision-making when it comes to optimizing marketing activities across the world.
- Defining and developing future tracking possibilities for all our marketing teams across the world. Our current setup is good, but we believe you can make it even better.
You will enable our staff across the world to give the best experience across the customer’s journey. Succeeding with these responsibilities will be key in enabling our global mission to ensure more people hear better.
You will receive responsibility but never be alone with a project or task. The learning curve will be steep, but in accordance with our Demant values - Trust, Team Player, Innovation, and Can-do-attitude - we will succeed together.
A remote work policy is in place with the possibility to work from home up to two days per week.
Based at our headquarters in Smørum, you will have a 30-minute S-train ride away from the center of Copenhagen.

Curious and data-driven Marketing Analyst
To excel in this role, you have few years of experience from an international company or media agency from where you worked with Google Analytics or Google Tag Manager and data management.
Hence you have good technical understanding in data flows and system processes and a keen interest in tracking, business processes, and data management.
Your bachelor’s or master’s degree has given you an analytical approach to tasks and projects. You have a sharp eye for details and commercial mindset and at least not curiosity to understand our industry and consumer journey.
As a person you come with energy and enthusiasm for collaborating with various stakeholders across all levels, knowing that success happens through team effort.
