We are seeking a Technical Product Manager to join our product management team at our Danish headquarters in Middelfart. In this pivotal role, you will manage the maintenance and improvement of our consumables and accessories product portfolio.
A key role with a broad area of responsibility and opportunities
As our Technical Product Manager, you will join our Consumables & Accessories team. You will manage product maintenance and implement improvements within cross-functional teams. Collaborating with R&D, Quality, Sales, and Marketing, you will gain valuable insights into creating customer value. Our products are acknowledged for their superior quality, serving as a reference point in the industry.
In this role you will be instrumental in ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality and performance, having an effect on the satisfaction of our global customer base.
Key Responsibilities
You can look forward to a wide range of interesting tasks, including:
- Own and manage customer complaints, ensuring timely resolution.
- Prioritize issues based on impact and manage cross-functional collaboration.
- Identify trends, implement improvements, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Design change process and maintain product documentation.
- Ensure alignment with business needs, quality standards, and compliance.
- Support our customers and other stakeholders with technical questions and communication.
Team collaboration in Product Management
You will become a part of a team with other Product Managers in Middelfart, combining commercial, clinical, and technical skills to support each other and reach the goal of happy customers. We collaborate extensively to generate and test ideas, handle situations, and improve processes.
You will report to Lasse Jepsen, Director of Consumables and Accessories, based at our headquarters in Middelfart. "As a team, we succeed together". Who we are looking for
You have an educational background as an Engineer or a similar technical background. You bring around 3-4 years of experience in a role within development – preferable hardware. It could be as Technical Product Manager or as Technical Supporter, Product Owner, R&D Developer and alike. You are skilled in handling processes and possess a high level of English proficiency.
It will be a benefit if you come from an industry that is used to documentation - and compliance requirements. It too will be beneficial if you have some international experience and a contact surface to operations.

Your mentor will be an experienced Product Manager with experience and knowledge from a similar role.
