We are looking for a new Supply Chain Analyst, as our current specialist is retiring.

Working with end-to-end supply chain processes
As our new Supply Chain Analyst, you will play a key role in ensuring the efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and overall performance of our end-to-end supply chain. By collaborating with international stakeholders, you will gain valuable insight into our global operations and effectively contribute to optimizing core supply chain processes.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Analyzing, developing, and implementing best practices within both internal and external supply chain operations.
- Playing a key role in cross-functional collaboration with the Supply Chain Manager and stakeholders from product development, sustainability, logistics, and internal customer support.
- Facilitating projects to improve product lifecycle master data that is input to our demand planning.
- Supporting the drive of key global supply chain performance metrics, such as but not excluded to global inventory levels, transportation costs, and CO2 emissions.
- Maintain compliance with regulatory responsibilities, including WEEE and packaging material requirements.
You can expect limited travel (a few days per year), e.g., to our production site in Poland.

Your primary workplace will be at our modern Interacoustics headquarters in Middelfart, Denmark, and you will report directly to the Supply Chain Manager. The role is part of DGS Diagnostics, which operates across several diagnostic brands within the Demant Group, including Interacoustics.

Your Background
You are commercially and analytically minded, with a solid understanding of supply chain processes and tools. You are skilled in building relationships across functions and cultures, and you thrive in a role that allows you to organize your own workload and collaborate with others.
We imagine that you have:
- A degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Experience working with supply chain processes in an international context.
- Familiarity with supply planning principles and inventory management.
- Proficient skills in Microsoft Office 365 – particularly Power BI, Excel and data handling.
- A methodical, organized, and attentive approach to tasks.
- Effective communication and coordination skills.
- Effective team collaboration and the ability to engage with stakeholders at various organizational levels.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken – as it is our corporate language.
