Product Manager, Fitting & Audiometers, Interacoustics

Your impact as our new Product Manager

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the product portfolio and driving new product introduction (NPI) activities in close collaboration with Global Product Management, R&D, and commercial teams. You will play a key role in ensuring successful product launches, lifecycle optimization, and strong market adoption across regions.

 

Support the future product portfolio and roadmap

You will take an active role in defining and executing product strategies, contributing to the future category roadmap and ensuring strong alignment between market needs and product development.

 

This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with both local and global stakeholders, where you will bring customer and market insights into decision-making and help shape products that make a real difference in clinical practice. Key collaborators cover both Sales, R&D, Global Strategic Marketing and external stakeholders such as key opinion leaders (KOLs).

 

Get to know your new team and manager

You will lead an experienced cross-disciplinary team covering marketing, clinical and technical product managers ment specialists, working in a global, matrix organization with close collaboration across functions and geographies. A professionally skilled and tight-knit team who enjoy a humorous team environment and connecting over lunch.

The position is based at Interacoustics Headquarters in Middelfart and reports to Morten Bagger, Marketing & Product Management Director.

 

Drive product excellence across markets at all stages of the product lifecycle

 

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Manage the product lifecycle, including updates, improvements, and phase-out activities.
  • Drive new product introduction (NPI) activities, from early concept input to successful market launch and adoption
  • Support development of business cases, forecasts, and launch plans in collaboration with global stakeholders
  • Contribute to product positioning, value propositions, and commercial storytelling
  • Ensure strong launch execution and ramp-up through close collaboration with Sales and Marketing Operations
  • Act as the voice of the customer by collecting and translating market and clinical insights into product requirements
  • Engage with key opinion leaders to support validation, training, and advocacy
  • Support post-market activities, including feedback loops and collaboration with Quality on product performance
  • Enable commercial teams through training, product knowledge, and competitive insights

You are an experienced product leader with a commercial mindset

To succeed in this role, you bring a strong combination of product management expertise, leadership experience, and commercial understanding. You are comfortable navigating complex stakeholder landscapes and driving initiatives in a global, matrix organization.

 

We imagine that you have:

  • A bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, business, engineering, audiology, or a related field
  • Solid experience within product management, including hands-on involvement in New Product Introduction (NPI)
  • Proven experience with team leadership or leading cross-functional teams and projects
  • Experience from the medical device industry is a strong advantage
  • Experience working in a global, matrix organization is considered a plus
  • Strong commercial and analytical skills, with the ability to translate customer insight into actionable product requirements
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and commercial audiences
  • A structured and proactive approach, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

 

The ideal candidate combines leadership with executional drive and demonstrates strong ownership of both product and commercial outcomes.
