You will:

  • Provide financial insights that improve growth, profitability, and operational excellence.
  • Challenge assumptions and support strategic initiatives with robust financial analysis and business cases.
  • Support investment decisions through financial modelling, scenario planning, and portfolio analysis.
  • Partner closely with R&D on product development investments, portfolio prioritization, and resource allocation.
  • Lead pricing, profitability, forecasting, and commercial performance analysis, particularly across Export and US Sales.
  • Help identify opportunities and risks while ensuring resources are allocated to the highest-value activities.

Financial Performance & Planning

You will:

  • Lead the annual budgeting and rolling forecast processes.
  • Lead monthly business performance reviews and management reporting.
  • Deliver actionable insights into revenue growth, margins, profitability, and EBITDA performance.
  • Develop meaningful KPIs and dashboards that increase transparency and accelerate decision-making.
  • Support business leaders in translating financial data into concrete actions and results.

Financial Governance & Reporting

You will:

  • Own the integrity of the company's financial accounting and statutory reporting.
  • Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes.
  • Lead the preparation of the statutory annual report.
  • Manage relationships with external auditors and oversee audit processes.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax, transfer pricing, VAT, and regulatory requirements.
  • Improve internal controls and continuous improvements across finance processes and reporting.

Leadership

You will:

  • Lead, coach, and develop the local Accountant.
  • Build an effective Finance function focused on business value creation and operational excellence.
  • Develop a collaborative and forward-thinking culture that supports both the business and broader finance organization.

What Success Looks Like

Within your first 12-18 months, you will have:

  • Established yourself as a trusted strategic advisor to the President and Leadership Team.
  • Enhanced business transparency through meaningful KPIs and performance reporting.
  • Delivered accurate forecasts and actionable insights that support growth and profitability.
  • Supported sound governance, regulatory compliance, and accurate financial reporting.
  • Handled statutory reporting and audit responsibilities with accuracy and positive results.
  • Implemented improvements that increase efficiency, reporting quality, and business value.

What You Bring

We are looking for a commercially minded finance leader who combines deep technical finance skills with the ability to build alignment with stakeholders and improve business performance.

You have:

  • A master’s degree in finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Solid expertise in financial accounting, statutory reporting, annual reports, and external audits.
  • Experience partnering with senior leaders and supporting commercial organizations.
  • People management experience and commitment to developing others.
  • Well-developed analytical capabilities and experience with financial planning, business controlling, and performance management.
  • Advanced skills in Excel, ERP systems, Power BI, and financial modelling.
