Are you passionate about building commercially successful product portfolios in an international MedTech environment? Do you thrive in managing stakeholders across a complex organisation and translating technical and clinical insights into strong commercial opportunities?

Then you might be our new Director, Traded Goods within Consumables & Traded Goods, a newly created position with significant visibility and impact across our global organisation.

Your impact as our new Director, Traded Goods

In this newly established role, you will take ownership of our global Traded Goods portfolio, ensuring a strong and profitable portfolio that complements the wider Diagnostics offering.

Operating in a global setup, you will work closely with Product Management, Marketing, Sales Companies, Supply Chain, Regulatory Affairs, Quality, and Finance to drive portfolio growth, commercial performance, supplier partnerships, and successful go-to-market execution.

  • Ensure compliance with applicable quality, regulatory, and documentation requirements while supporting global product availability.

Get to know your new team and manager

You will join a specialised team within Consumables & Traded Goods, working together to develop and grow a strategically important business area. The role does not currently have direct people management responsibility, although the mid-term intent is to grow the domain why experience leading teams, projects, and/or cross-functional initiatives would be an advantage.

A commercially driven profile with technical understanding

To succeed in this role, you combine strong commercial acumen with a technical mindset, stakeholder managment and the ability to navigate a complex and highly regulated environment.

We imagine that you:

  • Hold a relevant degree within business, engineering, life sciences, or a related field.
  • Bring experience from international B2B organisations within MedTech, healthcare, diagnostics, life sciences, or other regulated industries.
  • Have experience within product management, category management, portfolio management, sourcing, commercial development, or related disciplines.
  • Possess strong commercial acumen and a track record of driving growth, profitability, and portfolio development.
  • Are comfortable working with technical products and translating market needs into commercially attractive solutions.
  • Thrive in a matrix organisation and excel at building relationships and influencing stakeholders across functions, cultures, and geographies.
  • Have experience working closely with quality, regulatory, or compliance-related processes.
  • Are fluent in English and comfortable operating in a global environment.
  • Travel is expected to be part of the role to support collaboration across locations.
