Your impact as our new Brand and Marketing Specialist

In this newly established role, you will take ownership of marketing execution across our Consumables & Traded Goods portfolio, ensuring that our products are effectively presented, promoted, and positioned to support commercial growth.

 

Operating in a global setup, you will work closely with the Hearing and Balance Consumables team product management, commercial teams, and marketing colleagues across the organisation to ensure consistent messaging, strong campaign execution, and successful product launches.

 

Reporting directly to GM, Consumables and Traded Goods Rie Søbye, you will drive marketing execution and ensure high-quality deliverables that support commercial priorities and strengthen our presence across channels.

 

Drive global marketing execution and product launches

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Plan and execute annual marketing activities aligned with product and commercial priorities
  • Support and coordinate product launch readiness in close collaboration with product management and sales
  • Ensure consistent branding, messaging, and visual identity across all materials and touchpoints
  • Develop impactful, ready-to-use sales enablement materials, including presentations, launch kits, and training content
  • Maintain and improve product presentation across webshop and digital platforms, ensuring a strong and seamless customer experience
  • Execute marketing campaigns across channels (digital, social, email, and more)Track and optimise campaign and content performance, turning insights into concrete improvements.
  • Ensure consistent and high-quality branding across all materials and touchpoints.

 

You will contribute to the continued development of our Consumables & Traded Goods business by ensuring strong execution of marketing initiatives and supporting the commercial success of both new and existing products.

 

Working in a global, matrix organisation, you will collaborate closely with stakeholders across Product Management, Sales, Regulatory, and Marketing teams to translate business needs into clear and engaging marketing activities.

Get to know your new team and manager

You will join a small, specialised team of three marketing professionals, working closely together to deliver high-quality marketing across the portfolio.

 

The role reports directly to GM, Rie Søbye, and is part of a collaborative and international environment, where you will also work closely with marketing colleagues across other parts of the organisation.

A strong digital marketing foundation with room to grow

To succeed in this role, you bring a solid foundation within digital and product marketing, combined with a proactive and structured approach.

 

We imagine that you:

  • Have 2–5 years of experience within B2B marketing, brand marketing, or product marketing
  • Have hands-on experience with digital marketing strategy and execution
  • Are comfortable working across multiple channels and have supported or driven product launch marketing plans end-to-end
  • Bring a strong eye for detail and quality, especially in regulated environments
  • Have experience working with CMS, web shops, or digital content platforms
  • Are fluent in English, with strong communication skills who enjoy collaborating with stakeholders in a global setup
  • Has created sales enablement materials and content incl- A-Z Video production
  • Experience with marketing tools such as Adobe, PIM/DAM, CRM, or marketing automation platforms e.g., Salesforce Commerce Cloud is a plus
