EPOS UK are looking to hire an End-User Corporate Account Manager to join our already successful UK Team. The successful candidate is responsible for Net New Acquisition, nationwide.

We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven corporate account manager to identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys building relationships & driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to generate revenue.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to onboard new customers.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients, emerging trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Develop compelling proposals, presentations, and sales pitches tailored to client needs.
  • Lead negotiations and close deals to secure new business partnerships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product development, customer success) to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery.
  • Track and analyse sales performance, providing regular reports and insights.
  • Attend industry events, networking functions, and conferences to foster business relationships.

Performance

  • Achieve monthly and annual objectives for net new customer aquisition and re-generation
  • Identify and uncover net-new logo’s utilising an account aquisition plan
  • Develop end-user vertical plans and aquisition material working with EPOS UK Marketing team
  • Minimum of 3 end user meetings per week
  • Achieve KPI’s which has been set according to the role.
  • Field / Home Based role

Relationships

  • Develop strong working relationships with key stakeholders within each customer.
  • Understand the dynamics of these customers and seek opportunities to grow business.

Business and Planning

  • Work with customers to develop a product range strategy and plan to develop their business using EPOS headsets. Recognise both EPOS and customer  objectives.
  • Manage the transition from competitor brands to EPOS assisting with the training process.
  • Liaise with local Product Management and other key UK personnel to ensure new product launch plans are constructed and executed to best effect within each customer.
  • Work with the EPOS sales team and marketing team to develop a promotional calendar to boost sales in each customer vertical.
  • Work with each customer to plan & forecast the annual headset numbers and enable accurate forecasting.
