Advance in What you Love Doing

We are seeking a Software Product Owner candidate with 3-5 years’ experience managing software development projects. Your main responsibilities include gathering requirements, breaking them into user stories, maintaining and prioritizing project backlog, and planning sprints and releases. You act as the customer's representative for the development team, making timely decisions, shaping the release scope, and maximizing business value. Key stakeholders include product management, UX designers, project management, scrum master, architect, and the development team.
The position is based in Ballerup, Denmark, where the core development team is located. This role involves collaboration with our partner team members in India to ensure a seamless development flow.

• Time Management: Plan and manage sprints and releases to meet deadlines
• Customer Focus: Understand and represent the customer's needs and expectations
• Adaptability: Remain aligned with established requirements and project dynamics
• Mitigate Risks: Identify and address risks during development
• Technical Understanding: Have a good grasp of software development processes and technologies

Other skills

• Solid English communication skills both in written and oral
• Result oriented with the ability to navigate in an organization with many stakeholders
• Ability to manage changes in a multicultural environment
• Experience working in an Agile Scrum/Kanban environment

Education

• Master/bachelor’s degree in SW engineering, computer science or similar
• Required: Agile training, frameworks: Scrum, Kanban, SAFe or similar
• Beneficial to have:
  • Project Management training: PMI, PRINCE2 or similar
  • Cybersecurity understanding
