Acco Brands Technology Peripherals is seeking a Regulatory Compliance Manager, to our office in Ballerup to join our dynamic organization.

Your opportunity:
As our new Regulatory Manager, you will be the expert in regulatory affairs, acting as an operative consultant on all global projects. You will interact with our Danish R&D team and collaborate daily with our dedicated project managers and their teams in Taiwan, China and USA.
We have a flat organizational structure with strong in-house technical expertise across hardware, mechanical engineering, software, acoustics, and project management, giving you access to broad support and collaboration.
You can look forward to a broad range of interesting and varied tasks. As Regulatory Affairs and Compliance Manager, you will guide our R&D team in Denmark and ensure global product certifications through our team in Taiwan and strategic guidance from ACCO Brands in US. Your responsibilities will include classification, risk analysis, technical file reviews and communicating regulatory product requirements.
Your key responsibilities will be:
- Acting as the crucial link between development projects and regulatory requirements from global authorities together with our regulatory team in Taiwan.
- Be the coach and sparring partner with our SW team on regulation related to cyber security
- Monitoring and reporting new regulatory initiatives to relevant engineers, developing and optimizing regulatory compliance processes, and maintaining our database of technical documentation are key aspects of this role
- Managing global certification processes to obtain and maintain product approvals worldwide
- Participating in tenders and internal/external audits
- Be a regulatory mentor and coach for employees when needed.
- You will report to the VP of R&D
To succeed in this role, you should bring:
- A master’s degree, preferable in science, engineering or with Telecommunication experience
- Solid knowledge of legislation and regulation worldwide within the consumer electronics industry
- Solid experience in the registration/certification process in different markets globally
- Experience with cross-functional projects on tactical and operational levels
- Experience with SW processes and legislation related to cybersecurity
- International experience with work relations in different cultures
- Management and leadership experience
- Excellent in written and verbal communication in English
- Structured and extrovert working style
- Strong organizational communication skills horizontally and vertically
