Customer Success Manager for Video Solutions

We are looking for our next new colleague, a Customer Success Manager for our Video products.  We are based in Global Support at EPOS, headquarters in Copenhagen, Ballerup.  


You will be a part of the Global Operations Organization where you will be joining a Global Support team of enthusiastic and dedicated engineers and technicians located in 5 different countries. . We work with a ‘’can-do’’ attitude and you will be a part of an environment where everybody helps each other to succeed, grow and develop. Our future Customer Success Manager for Video Solutions

Ideally, you have extensive technical expertise in the telecommunications or IT and feel comfortable employing these skills in a high-volume technical environment. You know how to address client concerns in a professional manner and can navigate internal and external stakeholders.

You are a creative-thinker and expert problem-solver and always look for opportunities to learn from others who have more experience and tenure in the organization. You have a solid testing experience that includes analyzing test results, detecting issues and tracking root causes and you are able to suggest fixes, work arounds and improvements. You willingly accept directions to adapt your role to team and organizational changes. 
We are looking for the following skills and abilities:

  • Ability to organize and manage highly detailed processes effectively
  • Use of performance targets and goals to drive personal accountability
  • Capacity to quickly learn company systems and tools
  • Strong approach to building relationship with stakeholders and customers

  • A strong work ethic can inspire to a positive work atmosphere
  • Capacity to work with sense of urgency in case of critical issues and escalations

Professional skills:

  • +5 years of practical and demonstrated experience in Unified Communications/telecommunications or IT businesses
  • Bachelor’s degree in telecommunication, IT or electrical engineering 
  • Solid experience of software applications/interfaces
  • Knowledge and technical understanding of Video and wireless technologies
  • Knowledge of networking (IP, switches and setting up environments) 
  • Experience with hardware configuration setting
  • Proficient PC skills including Microsoft Office 365, MS Teams 
  • Proficient Softphone knowledge especially Zoom 
  • Experience in providing technical support
  • Fluent in English in writing and speaking. Knowing German is a plus
