Sales Enablement Manager

Scope

As our Sales Enablement Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery and support of our products and services to our valued customers. In conjunction with the Vice President, you will be responsible for salesforce data and reporting, vendor compliance, identifying new areas and opportunities for growth, sales strategies including a partner program and outbound customers calls.

Responsibilities

Customer Relations and Sales
•    Represent the Company in a professional and courteous manner.
•    Maintain and grow existing partnerships with customers to achieve sales goals
•    Input customer data and other sales data for current and new customers into Salesforce
•    Compile lists of prospective customers for use as sales leads 
•    Make outbound lead follow-up calls to potential and existing customers
•    Develop and execute all sales promotions and activities
•    Lead the Customer Rewards Program

Strategic Planning and Analysis
•    Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement 
•    Participate in preparing an annual strategic plan
•    Identify potential growth areas for the company
•    Prepare reports and decks as needed

Event Participation and Development
•    Attend various tradeshows, conferences, and seminars with the Marketing and Sales team; contribute to workshop and presentation development
•    Support product launches
Collaboration and Coordination
•    Collaborate with outside sales, finance and logistic teams to coordinate activities and ensure alignment with business goals.
•    Support RFPs and vendor compliance requirements
•    Oversee customer loan applications

Project Management and Compliance
•    Perform special projects as assigned
•    Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations and ethical standards in all sales operations

Requirements

  • 5+ years as an Audiologist, HIS in clinic or working for a Hearing Aid Manufacturer
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including strong written and verbal communication skills with proven track record of successful interaction with vendors, customers, management and internal staff.
  • Highly motivated self-starter and team player.
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and organizational skills with technical aptitude.
  • Able to successfully manage shifting priorities and multiple projects, while maintaining strong attention to detail and consistency
  • Able to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce is an asset
