Product Marketing Manager

Purpose

Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, the Product Marketing Manager is responsible for driving product success in the market by owning go-to-market strategy, client marketing, and competitive intelligence. They are responsible for creating impactful B2B, B2B2C, and B2C initiatives, and man-aging various aspects critical to product lifecycle management.

This role acts as the commercial lead for the product portfolio, translating global product strategies into locally relevant positioning, messaging, and demand-driving initiatives.

The Product Marketing Manager works closely with Sales, Audiology, Digital, and Corporate Marketing to ensure strong product adoption, effective sales enablement, and measurable business impact.

Responsibilities

Go-to-Market Strategy & Product Leadership

  • Own end-to-end go-to-market strategy for product launches and lifecycle initiatives
  • Define product positioning, messaging, and differentiation in the local market
  • Translate global product strategies into relevant, market-specific plans
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to align on launch priorities and objectives
  • Act as the primary product expert within the marketing team
  • Partner with Corporate Marketing to execute launch deliverables
  • Willingness and ability to travel periodically to support industry events, tradeshows, conferences, and product launches 

 

Client Marketing Strategy & Execution

  • Own all client marketing strategy and direction, aligned to product priorities
  • Manage and mentor the Client Marketing Coordinator
  • Develop clinic-facing programs and toolkits to drive:
    • Product adoption
    • Patient engagement
    • Lead generation
  • Ensure alignment between product strategy and clinic-level execution
  • Monitor adoption and effectiveness of client marketing initiatives

 

Communication Strategy

  • Develop and implement communication strategies to effectively convey key messages to target audiences.
  • Create compelling content for various channels, including digital platforms, print materials, and presentations.
  • Work closely with marketing and PR teams at our headquarters in Denmark to ensure consistency in messaging and branding.

 

Accountability for Local and Global Product Deliverables

  • Lead review and localization of global materials, including instruction guides, spec sheets, product documentation
  • Partner with Audiology team to ensure clinical accuracy and market relevance

 

Business Trends Analysis

  • Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging opportunities and threats.
  • Translate insights into actionable recommendations to inform decision-making and strategy development.

 

Content & Commercial Marketing Strategy

  • Own content strategy aligned to product priorities, including:
    • Hearing blogs
    • Educational and SEO-driven content
  • Ensure content supports:
    • Lead generation
    • Product education
    • Market positioning
  • Partner with Digital Marketing for execution and performance tracking

 

Learning Management System (LMS) Management

  • Oversee the administration and utilization of the Learning Management System (LMS) for employee training and development initiatives, with IT and Audiology
  • Collaborating with Audiology, manage CEUs after completion of courses.

Performance & Business Insights

  • Monitor product performance, adoption, and campaign impact
  • Analyze key metrics across:
    • Sales performance
    • Client marketing initiatives
    • Content effectiveness
  • Provide recommendations to optimize product strategy and marketing efforts

Qualifications

  • 5 years as an Audiologist, HIS in clinic or working for Hearing Aid manufacturer (Sales, Marketing or Audiology Support role) is required
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Suite
  • Very good understanding of Hearing Aid industry
  • Very good knowledge of patient journey
  • French/English bilingualism is considered an asset
  • Valid drivers license and reliable vehicle
