Product Marketing Manager

Scope

As the Product Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful introduction of new products/services into the market. You will be responsible for supporting communication strategies, ensuring accountability for deliverables, creating impactful B2B and B2C initiatives, and managing various aspects critical to product lifecycle management and sales enablement.

Responsibilities

•    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive launch plans for new products/services aligned with business objectives.
•    Coordinate and oversee all aspects of product launch activities, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
•    Ensure effective communication and alignment across departments to meet launch objectives and timelines.
•    Develop and implement communication strategies to effectively convey key messages to target audiences.
•    Create compelling content for various channels, including digital platforms, print materials, and presentations.
•    Work closely with marketing and PR teams at our headquarters in Denmark to ensure consistency in messaging and branding.
•    Set clear goals and objectives for product launch initiatives and ensure accountability throughout the process.
•    Monitor progress against targets and adjust strategies as needed to achieve desired outcomes.
•    Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders on the status of deliverables and milestones.
•    Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities.
•    Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging opportunities and threats.
•    Translate insights into actionable recommendations to inform decision-making and strategy development.
•    Plan and execute promotional activities, including advertising campaigns, sales promotions, and events.
•    Monitor the performance of promotions and campaigns, tracking key metrics and ROI.
•    Collaborate with sales teams to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and sales objectives.
•    Manage approval processes for marketing materials, ensuring compliance with brand guidelines and regulatory requirements.
•    Oversee the administration and utilization of the Learning Management System (LMS) for employee training and development initiatives.
•    Managing CEUs after completion of courses.
•    Review and analyze product lifecycle management processes, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
•    Work closely with product management teams to streamline processes and enhance product development efficiency.
•    Monitor e-shop metrics and performance indicators to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
•    Provide recommendations to enhance the e-shop user experience and drive online sales growth.
•    Present new products/services to internal teams, external stakeholders, and clients.
•    Build bridges between sales teams and marketing departments, ensuring alignment and collaboration to drive sales success.

Requirements

•    5 years as an Audiologist, HIS in clinic or working for Hearing Aid manufacturer (Sales, Marketing or Audiology Support role)
•    Basic knowledge of Microsoft Suite
•    Very good understanding of Hearing Aid industry
•    Very good knowledge of patient journey
