Client Marketing Coordinator

The Clinic Marketing Coordinator is responsible for creating and implementing value-added services that reinforce partnerships with independent clinics across Canada. This role plays a key part in supporting our customers' business growth by collaborating with our customers to identify and implement growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement B2B2C strategies and marketing tools to support the growth and business objectives of partner clinics.
  • Analyze and optimize marketing programs based on performance metrics and feedback.
  • Meet regularly with clinic partners to discuss their business goals, review current marketing efforts, and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Provide tailored recommendations and assist in developing actionable strategies and tactics to enhance customer outreach, engagement, and retention.
  • Work closely with internal and external resources to ensure timely and accurate delivery of projects and campaigns.
  • Support the integration of new marketing technologies and tools to enhance efficiency and drive results.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to deliver effective and innovative marketing solutions.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Director on broader marketing initiatives and strategies to align efforts with company goals.
  • Assist with additional marketing-related tasks and projects as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in B2B or B2B2C marketing, preferably in healthcare or a similar field.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools, CRM platforms, and project management software.
  • Knowledge of current marketing trends and tools, with an interest in applying them to clinic growth strategies in particular social media and digital marketing (SEO, Lead Generation).
  • Proven ability to work directly with customers to identify needs and provide strategic marketing guidance.
  • Valid Driver's Licence is required.
