We are seeking a motivated Project Manager for Strategic Projects in Quality organization in Szczecin. In this role, you will manage and implement cross organizational Quality projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals while collaborating with teams across the Demant organization.  

You will play a key role in strengthening our Quality Management System and embedding improvements across the business.

What tasks are waiting for you? 

  • Manage, drive, and implement strategic Quality projects according to established methodologies and standards
  • Execute projects in line with the overall Hearing Instruments Group /Quality strategy and project portfolio
  • Ensure effective handover of project outcomes to relevant stakeholders, including Quality, R&D, and Operations
  • Build structure and provide clear project framing across diverse technical and regulatory areas
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to secure business anchoring and acceptance of operational responsibilities before project closure
  • Actively contribute to internal team development activities
  • Maintain strong collaboration across the entire organization

  • have solid project management and change management experience
  • have knowledge of ISO 13485, MDR 2017/745, and MDSAP
  • are familiar with Quality Management Systems (QMS)
  • are capable of translating strategic direction into operational project execution
  • can work effectively both independently and in teams
  • can create structure and clarity in complex project environments
  • are fluent in English (Polish is a plus) 

 

It would be nice if: 

  • you have experience working within the Medical Devices industry
  • you have strong technical understanding of engineering related or regulatory projects
