Group Business Controller

We are looking for a proactive and analytically strong Group Business Controller to join Group Business Finance. In this role, you will support financial planning, performance management and business controlling activities across R&D, Quality, Marketing oraz HR, IT and Finance. You will collaborate closely with Finance Business Partners and stakeholders, providing insights and decision support while contributing to key finance initiatives.

What tasks are waiting for you?

 

  • Support budgeting, forecasting and performance management across HIG and GS.
  • Develop business cases, financial analyses and decision support for key initiatives.
  • Drive finance development activities, including planning process improvements and transformation projects.
  • Contribute to implementation of new reporting and planning solutions.
  • Partner with Finance Business Partners, business stakeholders and local finance teams across the organization.

  • hold a Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or a related field;
  • have 3-5 years of experience in Business Controlling, FP&A or Finance Business Partnering;
  • demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • are fluent in English;
  • have hands-on experience with budgeting, forecasting and management reporting;
  • are interested in business cases, finance processes and improvement initiatives;
  • can work independently while collaborating effectively across functions;
  • have strong communication and stakeholder management skills;
  • have advanced Excel skills and experience with reporting systems.

 

It would be nice if you:

  • have experience with finance transformation or process improvement initiatives
  • have worked in a global or matrix organization
