Student Assistant in Global Planning

Being a part of Global Planning as a student assistant will get you closely involved in our demand & supply planning processes in a global company with a very complex supply chain network.

Your main objective will be to support our weekly S&OE process: A dynamic, cross-functional meeting where teams align on immediate priorities, address real-time issues, and ensure seamless implementation of sales and operations plans.

Primary tasks

• Update data and KPIs for our weekly S&OE meeting
• Assist in analyzing data to support our planning processes
• Creation of PowerBIs to visualize information and extract key insights
• Prepare presentations to support discussions in S&OE meetings
• Support various ad hoc projects related to global planning and production

Qualifications

• Enrolled as a student in a relevant field (ie. Business, Supply Chain Management)
• You have an analytical skillset and is service minded
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint – PowerBI is a plus, but not a must
• Ability to manage tasks on your own and work as part of a team
• Good communication skills in English

Duration and hours

This is a part-time position, with flexible hours to accommodate the student's academic schedule.
