Join a dynamic Portfolio Team

 

In Portfolio Management, we work together to shape the future roadmaps of products and solutions. As a Student Assistant, you’ll become part of an agile environment focused on innovation, business and teamwork.

 

You’ll join our Experience Planning Team which consists of four team-members with the roles of Product Manager, Experience Managers and Insights Navigators. In general, you’ll also work very closely across the broader Portfolio Management organization, collaborating regularly with our Product Managers in the Solution team. 

Your Key Responsibilities

 

You will work closely with the team to define and align your tasks based on priorities and your learning goals.

 

Among your tasks are:

  • Mapping user and customer journeys to uncover opportunities and pain points.
  • Helping define experience guidelines that shape our solutions.
  • Supporting design- and innovation workshops and applying design thinking methodologies.
  • Generating and sharing insights that inform strategic decisions.
  • Assisting in the planning and facilitation of our annual Customer Experience & Solution Conference.
  • Producing content for internal platforms, including newsletters, videos, and storyboards.

 

 

What We’re Looking For

 

We imagine you are:

  • Enrolled in your 5th semester or starting your MSc in Design, UX, Marketing, Digital Solutions, or a related field.
  • Curious, engaged, and open to learning.
  • You enjoy exploring new ideas and are motivated to grow.
  • Creative and interested in innovation, technology, and digital tools.
  • Proficient at taking the initiative, you thrive both in individual tasks and as part of a team.
