What a fun job!

This job is an opportunity for you who are attending the last year of Bachelor or just started your Master’s degree. You will be a part of the Solution Quality Team. We make 360 ̊ review of the products making crazy tests of the usability. We don’t follow any list. We use our imagination thinking of the end-user all the time.
You will work with the newest devices on the market; phones, tablets, etc. together with released and unreleased hearing aids. How you did the test yesterday may not be how you test tomorrow. This is indeed
a “think out of the box job”. Together we brainstorm new ideas to avoid bias. We can be quite creative. Fun is our keyword, however
serious is our approach.

Dig into advanced technology in all stages of product development lifecycle

You will be involved in both hardware, software, and usability tests. - You find flaws that others can’t!
This is how you impact:

• Hands-on testing: Dive into our ecosystem, conducting explorative testing to validate product functionality and reliability.
• End-to-end product development: Follow product from inception to market, ensuring quality at every stage.
• Initiative and innovation: Proactively identify opportunities to expand explorative testing methods.
• Findings and defects: Present findings and drive defects resolution across projects.
• Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Denmark and Poland.

As solution quality representative you are to collaborate with different functions, which requires that you can communicate on many levels and in English. Your closest stakeholders are Product Quality and R&D, who you will help understand the problems by showing them. You will also interact with higher management who for instance want to know what impact a product launch will have on the market. You will have contact with Marketing regarding the preparation of communication materials, which you will review.
We expect you to plan and organize your own tasks, but we will be right by your side to assist you in developing new skills and support you where needed.

Good to know

You will be working from our headquarters in Smørum – close to the Kildedal S-train station and we hope you can start June/July 2026.

You may study Engineering with a focus on product design, software technology, automation or usability.
You understand how humans interact with technology, emphasizing a great user experience.
If you have experience with or knowledge of test automation, it will be an extra add on.
You are an excellent people person who interacts and communicates easily with different kinds of people.
You are fluent in English verbally and written.
You work precisely and systematically and are very disciplined and result oriented.
