Demant is known globally for developing and producing premium hearing aids. But behind the products stands a rapidly growing Hearing Care division with 5,000+ shops and 15,000+ employees across the world. Our mission is simple: Help people with hearing loss live better lives.
To deliver on our business goals, we are transforming our entire digital landscape, replacing more than 100 applications over the next 6–8 years and rolling out Microsoft Dynamics 365 FO & CE across 25 countries.
You will join one of the largest and important D365 programs, building a global template and onboarding markets continuously. This is a rare opportunity to shape architecture at true enterprise scale.
Your role: Solution Architect, D365 Customer Engagement
As a Solution Architect, you will be part of a program of 80+ specialists, consisting of Product Owners, Architects, Developers, and business stakeholders. Your focus is to define, design, and guide the delivery of our new global D365 CE including capabilities such as Customer Insights – Journeys (marketing automation), Universal Resource Scheduling, and case/call handling using Microsoft Contact Center.
What you will drive and play an important role in
- Architectural leadership: Lead key architectural decisions for Marketing, Sales and Service areas, center around our D365 CE, ensuring scalable, global solutions with solid business outcomes.
- Solution design: Translate business needs into robust, future‑proof architectures using standard CE capabilities wherever possible.
- Technical direction: Guide Product Teams, remove technical blockers, and ensure alignment with architectural principles and guardrails.
- Cross‑team collaboration: Work with other Architects, Product Owners, and global/local stakeholders to evaluate options and make informed decisions.
- Feature refinement: Participate in refinement sessions, clarify solution intent, and support teams in building high value functionality.
- Platform expertise: Leverage your deep understanding of CE, Dataverse, Power Apps, and Azure to ensure a solid technical foundation.
You will not stand alone — you will be part of a skilled architecture community and a CE team with functional consultants and developers who share your commitment to building great solutions.
Your team
You will join the Global Customer Engagement team in Hearing Care IT — A diverse group of 10+ specialists including Business Analysts, Functional Consultants, Solution Architects, Scrum Masters, and UX experts.
We value collaboration, empowerment, and craftsmanship. Most of the team is based in Smørum, Denmark.
Your manager, Dina Bjørn Andersen, serves on the program leadership team and is respected for her integrity, lead responsibilities, and broad background in global digital transformations.
Expect 10–15 travel days per year, often together with colleagues. We work diligently, but we also enjoy exploring the places we visit together.
The daily work takes place onsite from our HQ in Smørum with flexibility to work from home as per company policy.

What you bring
Technical competencies
- Deep knowledge of D365 CE, Dataverse, Power Apps, and Azure, or similar enterprise CRM platforms (Salesforce, SAP).
- Understanding of end‑to‑end processes across CE, FO, and Dual Write.
- Experience with Customer Care/Call Center solutions (Microsoft or others).
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, pipelines, and DevOps practices.
- Experience from global CRM implementations and what it takes to reach a successful go‑live.
- Several years of CRM experience, ideally in B2C environments.
- Curiosity and drive to stay updated on new Microsoft releases and evaluate their business value.
- Experience working in Agile teams and programs.
- Understanding of IAM, security, role administration, and licensing.

- Solid technical leadership, setting clear direction and safeguarding architectural principles.
- Ability to quickly understand complex technical structures.
- Structured, transparent, and collaborative mindset.
- Clear communicator, (verbal and written) including architectural diagrams and data flows.
- A great team player who enjoys sharing knowledge and empowering others.
- Fluent in English.
