In this role, you will work closely with developers, test engineers, and product owners to design and implement automated test solutions that scale with our evolving product portfolio. Your skills will contribute to the enhancement of test coverage, the reduction of manual tasks, and the promotion of continuous quality improvements.
About the Team
We are pleased to introduce you to the BLeSW team, a segment of Connectivity ART, with over 70 professionals working to create connectivity solutions for individuals using hearing aids.
Your new role will be based at our Smørum, Denmark headquarters, where you'll join a team of Developers and Test Engineers.
You'll collaborate closely with other teams to design, implement, test, and qualify Bluetooth stack increments of our products following SAFe practices.

What You’ll Do
- Design, develop, execute and maintain test cases using our in-house automation framework.
- Review and evaluate system requirements to translate them to system test cases.
- Create test cases with detailed test steps based on system requirement and test design.
- Perform manual testing using various internal tools to conduct tests efficiently.
- Reproduce, isolate, and analyze issues reported from other test areas or higher-level system testing.
- Document test cases and test results using our Test Management tool.
- Work closely with Software Developers, Test Architects and Test Managers to understand product design and implementation.
- Communicate effectively with Test Managers and stakeholders to align testing efforts with program/project goals.
- Creating, updating, automating and executing test scripts to improve testing efficiency.
What we are looking for
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, electronics, software engineering, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in system testing - preferably in embedded domains.
- ISTQB certifications and experience with software and hardware product testing/QA.
- Extensive active experience with automation frameworks (in-house or open source).
- Solid knowledge of Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) and audio streaming over BLE (e.g., LE Audio, Auracast™), tools, and testing practices.
- Proficiency in Python, XML syntax or another scripting language for test automation.
- Experience with requirement and test management tools such as IBM DOORS and IBM Rational Quality Manager (RQM).
- Proficient problem-solving skills with a structured and analytical mindset.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work smoothly in a cross-functional, international team.
- Experience in agile environments (Scrum, SAFe).
- Desire to acquire knowledge of new internal tools and processes.
