In Demant we develop and produce cutting-edge, high-quality hearing aids. In our growing retail division Hearing Care, we provide people with hearing loss the right hearing aids to improve their quality of life. 

 

To deliver on our growth agenda, we are streamlining our entire value chain, replacing both global and local solutions. More than 100 applications will be replaced during the next 6-8 years, and we will be implementing new CRM, ERP and supporting audiology solutions in +20 markets.

As part of our newly established program, you will be building the new global Dynamics 365 CE solution as part of one of the scrum teams

 

The focus this year is to build a global template, and hereafter to onboard the markets to the new platform. 

  • You will manage full-stack cross-functional development teams delivering Customer Engagement (Marketing, Sales, Services and PoS) solutions. 
  • You will organize team ceremonies and collaborate with fellow Scrum Masters and program management on chosen program ceremonies. 
  • You will support the team throughout the life cycle of developing a global template on Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and subsequently onboarding of markets; receiving needs, refine, prioritize and deliver features in increments, according to defined quality standards. 
  • You are keen on continuously improving team performance and therefore you follow up with retrospectives and Azure DevOps charts and dashboards. You will take part in improving our tools, processes and ways of working in teams and on program level. 
  • You will keep track on commitments, coordinate dependencies and milestones towards other teams and stakeholders, and communicate progress and risks to program management. 

 
Your role will engage with stakeholders from day one. Together with our thorough on-boarding plan we will ensure you land smoothly in the job and get up to speed on our way of running our business.

The job is onsite in Smørum, just outside Copenhagen, with possibility to work from home a couple of times per week. 

 

You must expect to travel around 15-20 days per year. Travel will most often be together with colleagues. For us work is not “just work”. We like to do activities together while traveling.

Part of Team Customer Engagement 

 
You will be part of the Global Customer Engagement (CE) team belonging to Hearing Care IT. We are a diverse team of Business Analysts, Application Specialists/Functional Consultant, Solutions Architects, Scrum Masters/Project Managers and Usability Expert. 

 
Our team place a high importance on team spirit and collaboration, and we are committed to supporting the growth strategy of our Hearing Care division. 

 
Besides your core team, you will be working collaboratively alongside a wide range of international team members and other colleagues in the program. Together we will define, design, develop and deliver the new Dynamics 365 global solution. 

Dina Bjørn Andersen, Head of Customer Relations, will be your manager. Dina is rather new to Demant; however, she has solid experience in managing global digital transformations and scaled implementations. Dina brings a wealth of experience in managing global digital transformation initiatives, demonstrating integrity and a collaborative spirit. 

   

 

Our expectations

  • As a Senior Scrum Master, you have experience in global CRM implementations. You are motivated to take part in the delivery of the new global retail solution for +10.000 employees, and you know the importance of ensuring a solution that is fit for scalability, fast to market and build for efficient operations. 
  • We are gradually moving towards an agile delivery approach. We base our approach on the SAFe framework with a Demant flavor. You therefore have a broad Scrum Master/Project Manager/RTE profile and can “pick up” where the organization is on this maturity journey. 
  • You understand when to lean into a more classic Project Manager role applying a situation-based approach of how much direction vs. coaching the Scrum Team, the Product Owner and business representative’s needs. 
  • You have a pragmatic approach, and a mind-set to get things done in the team; ex. in relation to support dialogue and collaboration or ensuring housekeeping of the backlog. 
  • You are motivated by planning and are an expert in facilitation. You ask the right questions, and understand the work being conducted by the technical development team to comprehend the steps required for the team to break down work and deliver according to commitments. 
  • Continuous Improvements are at your core - both when planning the development work into small increments to continuously improve the “product”, and when it comes to “making the team better very day”. 
  • You have experience working with global scalable IT solutions within Customer Engagement, CRM Call Center and Retail Organizations. Having worked with MS D365 will be beneficial. 
  • Your toolbox is in order with profound knowledge with the SAFe Framework, proficient with tools like Azure DevOps and Miro for backlog management and facilitation and can build dashboards to monitor Agile metrics (velocity, cycle time, predictability). 
  • You have a servant leader mindset; you empower the team and remove impediments. Further you have conflict resolution and negotiation abilities. If you are approachable and value collaboration, you will integrate seamlessly into our teamwork-focused environment. 
  • Due to our international presence and melting pot of nationalities, you are used working in English.
