Senior Product Owner

Can you bring hearing aid styles out as the number one value adding contribution for our company, both for internal stakeholders, as well as real customers, and would you like to play a central role in verifying the quality of our products and interact with many key technical experts across the organization to facilitate the smooth development and release of our products?

In this role you:

• engage effectively with stakeholders through SAFe PI planning and ongoing collaboration to identify tasks,
• prioritize the backlog to enhance the value delivered by the team,
• clearly demonstrate the value delivered to stakeholders through regular updates and reviews,
• daily leading a team of 6 highly specialized developers in close collaboration with scrum master.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

• Collaborate and coordinate across ARTs and epics. Refining and prioritizing completing tasks, plans and issues,
• communication of status, issues and changes effectively across ARTs to ensure alignment and transparency,
• cooperate with Architects to plan and implement improvements in tools and hardware, to support long-term value realization. Ensure the right systems with the right functions are available at the right time,
• work with ARTs to increase automation levels across R&D, enhancing efficiency and scalability,

Your profile:

• Dedicated and organized, with a structured approach to planning and execution,
• good at aligning expectations and follow-up on agreement/deliveries with stakeholders,
• comfortable to delegate and involve Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) in plans and decisions,
• adaptive leadership style,
• experience working with engineers and technical stakeholders. Ability to translate very technical discussions into high level plans and milestones,
• ability to facilitate discussions between stakeholders with different competences e.g.
• dedicated and organized, with a structured approach to planning and execution,
