Senior Marketing Attribution Specialist

The Job
The purpose is to enhance marketing effectiveness by identifying, assessing, and implementing new systems and attribution methods.
The Senior Marketing Analyst will focus on finding innovative solutions, evaluating their benefits and gaps, and ensuring successful implementation.
The challenge
The role will be a vital pillar in shaping our marketing attribution strategy across marketing activities and drive the development and usage of current and future MarTech solutions. This includes an exciting array of responsibilities:
- Develop and implement lead scoring in collaboration with Marketing, Commercial and IT teams
- Identify and evaluate global and local needs such as Call Tracking solutions, Server-Side Partners, Customer Data Platforms, and Microsoft CE
- Lead the implementation and stakeholder management of new systems and ensure they are integrated effectively with existing processes across all teams
- Stakeholder management - communicating effectively and collaborating across global teams and local markets, Lead global vendor selection and procurement efforts
- Educate in data model and governance emphasizing on the importance and use of accurate attribution set-up
- Responsible for the overall partnerships within the Marketing tech-stack
What we are looking for
To succeed in this role, you bring a strong blend of marketing insight, technical expertise, and a structured, analytical mindset. You are passionate about data, systems, and stakeholder collaboration, and you thrive in a dynamic, cross-functional environment. We expect a future colleague with strong experience in a related field:
- Extensive experience in digital marketing, data analytics, and marketing attribution
- Strong technical understanding of data models, tracking systems, and system integrations
- Proven ability to identify, evaluate, and implement new systems and partnerships
- Deep knowledge of consumer journeys, omnichannel campaign management, and data flows from tracking to reporting
- Experience with data visualization and reporting tools such as Google Looker, Power BI, or similar platforms
- Familiarity with marketing attribution tools and platforms, as well as tools like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, SQL, and Excel
