In this role you will have significant impact on the commercial processes within international sales and collaborate across business units and departments. The impact on performance metrics will be significant.
Key areas of responsibility:
Responsibilities include management support for our market management team, being part of the international leadership team, leading strategy and the strategic project portfolio, commercial execution as well as leading change across the organization.
To be successful in this role, you should be a confident project manager with a commercial mindset and toolbox, engage and develop a small team, leading change and being a collaboration advocate in a complex matrix organization. The role also requires leading commercial execution, finding ways of connecting and utilizing already existing commercial processes as well as developing new, both global and local. This position reports to the SVP International Sales.
Main job tasks and responsibilities
- Strategy and Process Development:
Based on the Hearing Aids strategy, lead the formulation and execution of strategies that foster growth and streamline operations within the international sales function. Establish and refine key processes e.g. commercial wheel in international sales, commercial execution processes and other commercial processes, that ensure scalability, alignment with broader company objectives, and successful execution of strategic initiatives. - Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement:
You will collaborate on initiatives across the matrix organization, fostering strong relationships with cross-functional teams, for example leading the continued efforts on our collaboration to our retail business, HIG, Operations and Finance, develop and anchor close collaboration towards our diagnostics partner. Ensure alignment, smooth execution, and effective communication in all strategic and commercial initiatives. You will also be responsible for overseeing the annual strategic and commercial planning cycle within International Sales, recommending initiatives to optimize the overall commercial activities. - Strategic Project Management:
Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of high-impact strategic projects at headquarters, for example overseeing the project portfolio, lead commercial IP projects, lead strategical focus areas from the Hearing Aids leadership team and other critical strategical projects, ensuring they are aligned with the organization’s broader objectives.
- Optimization of Commercial Wheel & Activities:
Lead initiatives to enhance the commercial activities cycle, identifying opportunities to optimize processes and strategies across all sales functions. Ensure these optimizations align with global business strategies. - Change Management & Facilitation:
Play a key role in facilitating change management efforts across the organization. Lead workshops and collaborate with teams to drive operational change, foster collaboration, and streamline processes within the sales ecosystem. - Lean Framework Expertise:
Apply Lean principles to improve efficiencies and drive continuous improvement across commercial processes in close collaboration with other departments.

Key Qualifications:
- Education:
Should hold a bachelor's degree in Business, Strategy, International Sales, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred. - Experience:
Minimum of 5 years in international sales strategy, project management, or a related field within a global or matrix organization. Proven track record of driving strategic initiatives and optimizing commercial processes. - Project Management Skills:
Strong project management background, with the ability to manage complex, high-profile projects from inception through execution while mitigating risks and ensuring alignment with strategic goals. - Analytical & Strategic Thinking:
You should have outstanding problem-solving capabilities, with an aptitude for analyzing complex scenarios, developing strategic solutions, and making data-driven decisions that support company growth. - Communication & Stakeholder Management:
We are looking for excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present to senior leadership and manage relationships across a broad spectrum of stakeholders, including cross-functional teams and business units.
