That’s what this job is all about - helping people succeed.” says your new manager Pernille Westermann, Sales Training & Enablement Director
If that’s what drives you, keep reading.
This is not a classic training role. This is your opportunity to shape how sales excellence is built, scaled, and embedded across a global organisation.
Turn learning into a competitive advantage
You will take a central role in developing our global sales capabilities, turning strategy into sales behavior, and learning into measurable performance.
"One of the things that makes this role truly interesting is the opportunity to be part of the entire process - from the initial idea phase, where you uncover needs in close collaboration with markets and the sales force, to bring solutions to life through implementation and training." says Pernille.
This role is hands-on, high-impact, and close to the business. You won’t just design training, you’ll work directly with sales professionals, challenge them, develop them, and help them perform at a higher level.
As Senior Manager, Sales Training & Enablement, you will:
- Design and deliver sales training programmes and learning journeys that improve sales performance
- Translate business priorities into sharp, relevant capability-building initiatives
- Lead training projects end-to-end—from needs analysis to implementation and follow-up
- Create engaging, modern learning experiences, including digital and blended formats
- Promote and scale proven approaches across different markets
Our mission is to ensure that learning becomes a true strategic advantage - equipping our sales organisation with the skills, mindset, and structure needed to win in the market and ensure a long-lasting partnership with our customers
You will play a leading role in:
- Elevating the quality and consistency of our sales approach globally
- Bringing a modern, commercial lens to learning and development
- Leveraging digital tools and global collaboration to scale what works
- Making training measurable, relevant, and closely linked to performance
You should expect 40-50 days of travel per year.
The position is based in Smørum just outside Copenhagen, and you should be willing to relocate to Denmark.
