An exciting workday, where you get to apply your strong marketing knowledge and experience, to help more people hear better by growing our global footprint together with local and global colleagues. The Marketing Execellence team is a team within Global Marketing, consisting of 4 ambitious colleagues, working directly with the local Marketing Directors, supporting them and their teams in increasing the marketing effect and efficiency. Together we identify opportunities for growth, align marketing strategies in collaboration with key local and global stakeholders, optimize processes, share insights and best practices, and secure value realization.
You will be responsible for a portfolio of 7-9 markets together with a designated Customer Acquisition Manager and Customer Retention Manager working together on supporting our strong local marketing teams. You will furthermore coordinate priorities with the global Hearing Care leadership team.
You will be able to draw on our specialist consultants within CRM, MarTech, Marketing analytics, Digital Marketing, Brand & Communication in Group Marketing as well as Hearing Care IT and Commercial excellence.

Your profile
To succeed in the role, you will need a profound understanding of marketing and business, a strong commercial, analytical, and data-driven mindset, combined with a positive can-do attitude, motivated by motivating others to drive change and challenge the status.
You have a high integrity, and a trust-based approach which enables you to build strong relationships and work effectively across multiple cultures and different market needs. You have experience in working in a matrix organization and acknowledge the importance of stakeholder management to ensure engagement and commitment and drive progress.
Furthermore….
- You have some years of experience as a Marketing Management consultant consulting larger international clients - or you have experience from a global management consulting role in an international company consulting local markets.
- You find pleasure in conducting workshops, developing, coordinating, and driving action plans with concrete goals and objectives together with a team.
- You are a structured person, planning and following up on plans in time to drive the change.
- You are an advanced user in retrieving data from business intelligence systems to conduct gap analysis and get the needed insights for an action plan.
- You have excellent English skills, as this is our corporate language.
- You are open to traveling up to 10-20 days a year.
- You have a relevant master’s degree in marketing or business
