Senior Digital Campaign Manager

Develop influential campaigns
As Senior Digital Campaign Manager, you will leverage your in-depth knowledge of orchestrating digital campaigns and cross-functional collaboration to build and manage campaigns that deliver results. Working within a SAFe Agile framework, you will thrive in a vibrant environment that encourages creativity, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
You will report to the Senior Director of Digital Marketing but will be allocated to creating value within our cross-functional agile campaign team, committed to delivering on our upcoming major product launches. The role is based at our corporate headquarters in Smørum, Denmark.
You will be part of a team of dedicated digital marketing professionals in the Global Digital Marketing Department of Demant Wholesale, where an answer is never more than a question away. We are responsible for the digital marketing of Oticon, Philips and Bernafon hearing aid brands.
What you will do
- Plan and Execute Campaigns: Collaborate as a core member of an agile campaign team to design and implement effective marketing campaigns across channels.
- Coordinate Digital Efforts: Act as the primary liaison between the agile team and digital marketing functions, ensuring seamless collaboration.
- Collaborate with Specialists: Partner with digital capabilities, including content marketing, email, web development, and external vendors, to bring campaigns to life.
- Develop Creative Assets: Work closely with designers, videographers, and copywriters to create compelling campaign elements.
- Measure and Report: Collaborate with the analytics team to produce regular performance reports and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
What you will bring
To succeed in this role, we imagine that you have:
- Extensive Experience: 5+ years of established experience in creating and implementing effective digital campaigns.
- Digital Expertise: Comprehensive knowledge of cross-channel and full-funnel digital marketing, including content creation, media planning, audience acquisition, and email marketing strategy.
- Project Management Skills: Detail-oriented with an evident ability to manage complex projects and meet deadlines.
- Platform Proficiency: Familiarity with building campaign landing pages and utilizing digital tools to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Critical and Creative Thinking: A problem-solving mindset with the ability to devise innovative engagement tactics and optimize campaign performance based on data.
You excel in communication and focus on engaging with stakeholders and colleagues from diverse functions, organizational levels, and global locations.
