Project Vice President, Product Programs
Would you like to work with project management of the highest level and ensure that our product releases meet the relevant business criteria? Right now, we are searching for a new VP Program Manager to lead our Hearing Aid Devices program. (A program is a number of interlinked projects)
You will be responsible for managing and delivering end-to-end products to the market in accordance with our product roadmap, business case, and quality KPIs.
Join Portfolio and Programme Management
You will be reporting to the Leader of our Portfolio and Program Management organisation which consists of approx. 40 people and be part of a leadership team with 6 other senior leaders. Here, you will have the opportunity to put your mark and influence on the Portfolio and Program strategies and priorities.
Here, you will be accountable for ensuring that all releases meet the relevant business criteria. You will also have approval authority according to our Quality Management System (QMS) for relevant business criteria.
To sum up, your key responsibilities include:
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the program management team, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives, where delivery on time, scope and business case is paramount.
- Manage and lead product projects in adherence to the Quality Management System (QMS)
- Provide transparency of activities and deliveries for hearing aid (HA) device releases on a designated HA platform
- Present escalations related to HA device changes, facilitating scenario creation and proposing solutions to ensure efficient decision-making
- Oversee timing, dependencies, constraints, quality, risk level, and compliance of activities and deliveries for device solution releases
- Optimize the HA device business case and monitor competitor progress.
- Contribute to balancing and planning the product portfolio, participating in strategic portfolio review meetings
- Lead milestone deliveries, ensuring timely HA device releases and monitoring progress through solution demos
- Serve as a point of contact for issues or guidance related to HA device releases
- Provide consultation for changes in HA device-related processes and practices

- The projectteams work according to the SAFe framework. It will be beneficial to be either SAFe certified or to have expertise in “leading SAFe.”
To succeed in the position
We are looking for a candidate who have several years of high level project Management experience, and has made a career within project management. You should have a relevant educational background, e.g. master’s degree combined with experience from a similar position.
As a person, you can initiate your own tasks and projects and you are always one step ahead in your planning. On top of that, you deliver high-quality work. You have a positive attitude, which enables you to handle multiple priorities at a time. Moreover, you adjust well to shifting demands and you have a natural ability for being organized and structured.
