Project Manager, Marketing Strategy & Planning - Consumer Insights

Do you thrive at the intersection of strategy execution and consumer understanding?

We are seeking an experienced professional to turn big plans into action, lead strategic initiatives, and expand marketing capabilities across our global organization. By combining project leadership with consumer insights, you'll help guide smarter decisions, improved market execution, and business growth across our markets.

About the role

Part of the Demant Group, Audika is one of the world's leading hearing care retailers, with more than 5,500 clinics across 26 countries. Every day, we help people reconnect with life through better hearing. Driven by innovation, customer focus, and collaboration, we are committed to creating meaningful impact for our customers and the communities we serve.

As a member of the Global Marketing Strategy & Planning team, you will help lead strategic initiatives and support the effective execution of key priorities across Global Marketing. You will combine strategic thinking, project management, stakeholder engagement, and business planning to help turn strategy into action and ensure initiatives deliver measurable impact.

A key responsibility will be to lead and oversee the consumer insights agenda across Global Marketing, ensuring consumer understanding informs strategic decisions, commercial priorities, and stronger market execution. Through qualitative and quantitative research, you will transform complex data into actionable insights that influence brand, marketing, customer experience, and business growth.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead and support select strategic projects and capability-building initiatives across Global Marketing, ensuring effective planning, execution, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Manage project governance, progress tracking, and cross-functional coordination to ensure key priorities are delivered on time and with impact.
  • Facilitate workshops, stakeholder engagement, and change adoption to help turn strategies and plans into tangible business outcomes.
  • Build and continuously improve frameworks, tools, processes, and ways of working that improve marketing effectiveness.
  • Lead consumer research projects from scoping and briefing through execution, agency management, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Deliver qualitative and quantitative analysis, synthesise findings, and translate insights into clear business recommendations.
  • Develop compelling insight storytelling, executive presentations, and decision-making materials for senior stakeholders.
  • Identify emerging consumer trends, behaviors, and opportunities to inform strategic priorities and future growth initiatives.

What we offer

You will be part of a collaborative and international team within Audika Group’s Global Marketing function, and you will work closely with colleagues across marketing, from our local markets, specialists from other global functions and external partners. Through these cross-functional collaborations, you will be part of a team that aims to deliver great results throughout the customer journey within hearing care.

The Marketing Strategy, Planning & Process Management team guides, enables, and unifies global marketing by offering strategic direction, aligning execution, establishing scalable processes, and integrating customer and brand thinking to create greater value across markets.

Are you our new colleague?

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has 7+ years of experience within planning, project management, consumer insights, market research, or a similar business-focused role.
  • Brings solid experience in leading cross-functional projects and guiding initiatives from planning to execution and adoption.
  • Can structure complex challenges, engage stakeholders, and translate strategic priorities into actionable plans.
  • Is comfortable navigating ambiguity, managing multiple workstreams, and ensuring momentum across projects and initiatives.
  • Has practical experience designing and managing qualitative and quantitative research across multiple markets.
  • Can translate business questions into research plans and turn findings into strategic recommendations and commercial actions.
  • Is comfortable analysing complex data and synthesising it into clear, compelling insights and business cases.
  • Is experienced in storytelling, stakeholder management, and influencing decision-making at all levels of an organization.
  • Is curious, collaborative, and proactive, with a clear drive to turn strategy, insights, and plans into measurable business impact.
  • Can start onsite Smørum from 1st of November 2026.
