We are looking for a Product Specialist for Connectivity & Compatibility to join our Commercial Release Management Team and bridge the gap between R&D and Marketing.

A key role - From idea to launch
As our new Product Specialist your role is to make complex technology understandable, relevant, and accessible — both internally and externally. You will describe and communicate how our hearing aids and connectivity solutions integrate seamlessly with a wide range of devices such as smartphones, tablets, PCs, TVs, and public audio systems.
You will be involved from early product ideation to global launch and deliver daily value across the product and campaign development journey.
Key responsibilities:
Joining us your primary focus will be to:
- Translate technical details from R&D into clear, engaging content for Marketing, Training, and Support teams.
- Develop, review, and deliver product-specific materials for global product and campaign launches.
- Writing, briefing, and reviewing product communication for different recipients through different communication channels.
- Building an effective collaboration with the developers in R&D through their setup in a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
- Responsible for delivering support to the markets through the Product Support Service Desk.

You will join the Fitting Software, Connectivity & Apps Commercial Release Management Team - a skilled and supportive team of 10 colleagues who combine technical know-how with marketing insights. As part of our larger Global Marketing organization (175+ colleagues), you will work in a dynamic matrix set-up that gives you full visibility across the company and the opportunity to build an efficient professional network.
Your workplace will be our head office in Smørum, Denmark, reporting to the Director of Commercial Release Management, Fitting Software, Connectivity & Apps.
What you will bring
- 5 years of experience from relevant industry such as but not limited to; audiology, consumer audio electronics, or Bluetooth based connectivity technologies
- A relevant educational background (Bachelor or equivalent)
- A commercial mindset and solid understanding of user and market needs
- The ability to manage initiatives that optimize product communication and commercial outcomes
- A structured approach with high attention to detail and quality
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in English (both written and spoken)
