We are looking for an App Product Specialist to join our Commercial Release Management team, playing a pivotal role in bringing our world-class hearing healthcare solutions to a global audience.
From analysis to global launch
As our new Product Specialist for Apps, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that product communication is accurate, consistent, and grounded in technical understanding. You will be responsible for translating complex app technology into clear, factual materials for both internal and external stakeholders.
From concept to global launch, you will contribute to product and campaign processes by developing and reviewing content, identifying key elements for effective releases, and ensuring all materials reflect a commercial perspective. Your work will span multiple communication channels, tailoring messages to diverse audiences and ensuring every detail is correct and relevant.
What you will do day-to-day:
- Be the Translator: Convert technical specifications and features from our R&D teams into compelling value propositions and engaging content for Marketing, Training, and Support teams.
- Execute Launch Success: Develop, own, and deliver a wide range of product materials—from training guides to marketing briefs - for our global product and campaign launches.
- Craft Compelling Communication: Write, brief, and review product messaging for diverse audiences across multiple channels, ensuring a consistent and impactful brand voice.
- Collaborate with R&D: Build an effective partnership with our app development teams, working within their Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) to ensure commercial needs are understood and met.
- Empower Our Markets: Act as the go-to product expert, providing essential support and clear information to our global markets through the Product Support Service Desk.
Your team & workplace
You will join the Fitting Software, Connectivity, and Apps Commercial Release Management Team - a collaborative group of 7 skilled colleagues combining deep technical knowledge with profound marketing insight. As part of the larger (+175 people) Global Marketing organization, you will operate in a dynamic, cross-functional environment with high visibility and endless opportunities to build your professional network.
You will report to the Director of Commercial Release Management, Fitting Software, Connectivity & Apps. and be based at our head office in Smørum, Denmark.
What you will bring to the Team:
- Professional Background: 3+ years of experience in a role focused on commercial app releases, app development, or product marketing for a tech product.
- Educational Foundation: A bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field.
- Commercial Acumen: A thorough understanding of user needs, market dynamics, and how to position a product for commercial adoption.
- Gift for Simplification: A skill for distilling technically complex information into clear, persuasive benefits that resonate with both professionals and end-users.
- Structured & Detail-Oriented: A methodical approach to managing projects with a high standard for quality and accuracy.
- Skilled Communicator: Good stakeholder management skills and fluency in both written and spoken English.
