At Demant we would like to invite a Process and Compliance Specialist with a process-oriented mindset to join our Device Hardware department. In this role, you will support agile teams of skilled engineers working within Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe®) Agile Release Trains (ARTs).

Your responsibilities:

As Process and Compliance Specialist, your primarily responsibilities will include supporting Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe®) development teams to comply with required processes and regulations. You will provide our engineers with relevant training, and you will represent Device Hardware in compliance related issues towards the rest of the organization.

 

You will join a department of over 250 skilled engineers who are committed to ensuring you have a good start and are welcomed in a positive and supportive work environment. We share both office space and knowledge in Smørum, just outside Copenhagen.

Your profile:

We are looking for a pragmatic and team-oriented Process and Compliance Specialist with proficient communication and collaboration skills. You should thrive in a can-do environment that values freedom with responsibility.

You have been working in a regulated environment before, and you are familiar with standards like ISO 9001 and preferably ISO13485. Furthermore, you have experience within the QA and/or RA area including QMS process writing, CAPAs, Design Changes, and Audits.
