Your Role
Our Private Label & Tender Specialist will soon go on maternity leave, why we are seeking a maternity cover from August 2026 – May 2027.
In this position you will be the anchor point ensuring efficient delivery, clear communication & management of issues & requests on both the Private Label and the Tender Support Programme.
You will have a broad contact surface across functions. Even though you are located at our head office in Smørum, your work has an international dimension as we work for our markets around the world.
Your Key Responsibilities
Private Label Support - 80%-time allocation
- Responsible for hosting & facilitating the Key Account Private Label & Tender Accounts Weekly meetings towards off-cycle projects covering preparation & follow-up to kick-off documents, Instructions for USE (IFU), Technical Datasheets (TD), production checklists and functional approval in Aras, our regulatory system.
- Maintain and update Private Label specifications (incl. branding, regulatory, naming, packaging, software/app references, compatibility, launch details) towards Release Programmes.
- Support Private Label Manager in analysis and communication of Private Label portfolio results and development.
Tender & Commercial Requirements - 15%-time allocation
- Act as the central contact point for the specific support function via Remedy for incoming tender-related requests.
- Maintain and further develop tender calendar covering upcoming opportunities.
- Collect input from the Tender markets for the global tender roadmap (when prompted).
- Together with Senior Director, Key Account Private Label & Tender Accounts, organize both online/offline tender forums.
Key Account Private Label & Tender Accounts Operations - 5%-time allocation
Support within operational tasks associated with Key Account Private Label & Tender Accounts incl. organization of headquarters visits, internal events and other related tasks.
Your Team
We are a team of five covering strategic account management, project management and private labeling & tendering. Some of us have been here for 25 years, others just three years.
You can look forward to close cooperation, down-to-earth culture, and fun and direct communication.
You will report to Mads Prebensen, Senior Project Director, Key Accounts, Private Label & Tender Projects. He provides team members with the freedom to organize their tasks, expecting professional results delivered with a lighthearted attitude.

Your Profile
We are looking for you, who:
- Has some years of experience from a coordinating role within technical product launches and -releases.
- Works in a structured way with focus on details and finds it easy to coordinate tasks.
- Is proactive and solution oriented.
- Has easy to collaborate and build bridges with others.
- Has solid customer communication abilities oral and written.
