Shaping the Future of the functional Global Sales area
As the Head of Global Sales you will set the direction for Global Sales on how we segment, how we sell, how we plan, and how we execute - ensuring global standards, scalable processes, and commercial excellence across our organization. In short, how does a global solution look like in our organization.
Setting the direction means that you will:
Develop Global Sales Standards
This role drives the definition and implementation of global sales standards, operating models, and ways of working across the Hearing Aids organization. It establishes and leads a Sales Excellence function that sets best practices, owns segmentation, and builds up core sales fundamentals globally. You will also:
- Ensure effective end-to-end commercial processes aligned across Sales, Marketing, Service, Training, and Operations.
- Lead the annual global sales planning process, including territory design, sales processes, accountability frameworks, KPIs, and analytics.
- Establish and lead Performance Data & Analytics to support performance insights, and data-driven decision-making.
- Build and run Global Pricing Excellence, defining pricing standards, supporting country deep dives, guiding price positioning for new products and solutions, and ensuring robust price governance, tracking, and scenario modeling.
Enhance execution across markets
This role helps ensure cross-functional coordination by taking part in the Commercial Execution Board and SYNC meetings, keeping alignment and momentum throughout the organization. You will also:
- Lead the Sales COP (Community of Practice) structure with regional accountability. The COP structure enables HQ and local sales leaders to be in close organized contact, governed by a meeting structure. The aim is to exchange and to commit together. This is supported by a dotted-line structure into HQ, and a close collaboration with local management.
- Ensure consistent uptake of global frameworks, tools, dashboards, and systems across countries.
Enable Digital Transformation of Sales
The role leads the Business Process Owner for Sales Cloud, ensuring well‑integrated sales processes, a clear and prioritized roadmap, and ongoing partnership with the markets. It works closely with IT, local markets, and the Commercial Data & Automation team to lead efforts for digital adoption and automation, while advancing AI‑enabled sales capabilities that boost efficiency, insight, and execution across the organisation.
The team/department
The team of 18 consists of skilled professionals within the different areas mentioned. You will report to VP Global Sales, Training & Service and enter an experienced leadership team. The area sits in the revenue engine of the organization under SVP, Int Sales but serves the Global Sales organization.
Experienced leader with sales strategy and operational skills
You have extensive experience in MedTech, Hearing Healthcare, or consumer electronics, with a history of working in international settings where you built and lead global and/ or local functions while coordinating across matrixed local sales organizations.
- Experienced in creating organizational models and steering change processes.
- Demonstrated ability to engage stakeholders at all levels, align diverse markets, and secure adoption of global standards.
You have deep experience with global sales excellence, KPIs, sales process design, and scalable go-to-market models. You have a history of excellence in global pricing, improving sales performance, and delivering commercial transformation (incl. digital, automation, AI), and you provide solid cross-functional collaboration Marketing, Training, Service, Data & Automation and Operations.
