HR Partner

Denmark
Smørum

Are you motivated by supporting people, leaders and organisations through structured HR processes in a global setting? Do you enjoy working with data, collaboration and projects that make a real difference to how a business operates? And are you looking for a role where you can grow your HR capabilities in a supportive and professional environment? Then you might be our new HR Partner – Diagnostics at Demant Diagnostics.

Enabling strong HR support across Diagnostics

In the role of HR Partner - Diagnostics, you will support the Diagnostics HR organisation by contributing to data-driven insights, annual HR processes and cross-functional initiatives. You will work closely with HR Business Partners, leaders and Finance, supporting both operational and development-oriented HR activities.

This role is ideal for someone who is early in their HR career, possibly recently graduated, and eager to learn by doing. You enjoy structure, collaboration and working with both numbers and people. At the same time, the role offers enough complexity and influence to be meaningful for candidates with a few years of experience from a similar position, preferably in a global organisation.

The position is reporting to Kirsten Schmidt, Senior Director Diagnostics HR, and is based at Demant Diagnostics HQ in Smørum.

Meet your new HR team

The Diagnostics HR team acts as a close partner to leaders and the organisation, enabling strong performance, development and engagement across our global Diagnostics business. We work at the intersection of people, data and processes, ensuring consistency, quality and transparency in how HR supports the organisation. Our team values collaboration, curiosity and continuous improvement, and we balance supporting both strategic priorities and daily operations with the same level of professionalism.

HR partnership starts with you

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Support Senior Director Diagnostics HR in day-to-day activities e.g., following up on deliverables with stakeholders and collaborators
  • Contribute to the execution of annual HR processes such as performance management, organisational reviews and engagement follow-up
  • Coordinate timelines, communication, tools and work with reporting related to HR year-wheel activities
  • Analyse HR data and trends and turning them into clear, actionable insights
  • Own headcount and FTE tracking in close collaboration with Finance
  • Participate in Diagnostics-related HR projects, either as a contributor or project driver

In addition, you will also help build and update HR dashboards and reports, supporting both HR and leaders with clear data and insights. As part of this, you will assist with workforce updates and simple scenario analyses, and help prepare presentations, templates and documentation for HR initiatives and organisational changes. Through your work, you will support consistency and quality in HR processes and communication across Diagnostics.

Your qualifications & experience

We imagine that you will bring a combination of the following:

  • A relevant degree in HR, Business administration, or a related field.
  • Experience from a similar HR role, e.g. from a graduate or student position
  • Interest in HR processes, organisational development and people-related data
  • Experience from a global or international organisation
  • Confidence working with data and numbers; strong analysis and Excel skills are considered an advantage
  • The ability to communicate clearly and professionally with stakeholders at different levels in English, both written and spoken

We imagine that you bring your structured, proactive and service-oriented mindset to work every day and that you approach new challenges with curiosity, willingness to learn and a collaborative approach to working with others.

Why join us?

This role offers an excellent opportunity to build a strong HR foundation in a global organisation where development, collaboration and inclusion are taken seriously. You will gain exposure to a wide range of HR processes, work closely with experienced HR professionals, and contribute to initiatives that impact leaders and employees across Diagnostics. If you are early in your career and motivated to grow within HR, we strongly encourage you to apply.
