Global Supply Chain Excellence Manager

Lead transformation at the intersection of supply chain and technology

We are looking for a Global Supply Chain Excellence Manager to join our Global Supply Chain organization and the Global Supply Chain Excellence team. In this role, you will act as the global process manager in transformation initiatives across our end-to-end supply chain. You will conduct assessments, lead transformation projects, and ensure best practice solutions are embedded consistently across our global wholesale, retail, and central operations.

You will be at the core of our supply chain transformation agenda, ensuring that strategy, processes, and digital tools work together to create efficiency, resilience, and scalability across regions and business units.

Your responsibilities

• Contribute to defining and recalibrating the global supply chain strategy with a focus on logistics
• Act as a global process manager, setting direction, managing transformation, and optimizing operations 
• Lead projects within supply chain and logistics. From assessment to process redesign, to digital enablement.
• Own and develop business processes and functionalities within our supply chain systems (e.g., TMS, WMS, and ERP) ensuring alignment with best practices and business needs.
• Translate business requirements into IT solutions by collaborating closely with ERP and system experts
• Represent Global Supply Chain in complex, cross-functional projects to ensure our strategic and digital agenda is realized across the business.

About your new team!
You will be joining the Supply Chain Excellence Team, which consists of 4 skilled professionals and report directly to the Supply Chain Excellence Director.

Our team thrives on continuous improvement, innovation, and teamwork, working across functions and borders to enhance operational efficiency. We value curiosity, ownership, and a practical approach to solving challenges.

You will be based at Demant’s global headquarters in Smørum, Denmark, where you will enjoy a flexible and supportive work environment. The role includes approximately 20–30 travel days per year to regions such as the US, Mexico, Asia, and Poland.

We are looking for a results-driven supply chain professional with a strategic mindset and a commitment to transformation. You are effective at bridging the gap between business and technology and thrive in a fast-paced, global environment. Whether your background is in consultancy or an international organization, you bring a deep commitment to shaping and enhancing supply chain performance. 

We imagine that you have:

• A degree in International Business, Operation and Supply Chain Management, or similar
• 2–7 years of experience in supply chain management, either from consultancy or within a global company
• Practical experience with ERP and other supply chain-related systems
• Great stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and geographies
• Skilled problem-solving capabilities and an analytical approach to complex challenges
• Possesses a proactive mindset and takes full ownership. 
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
• A collaborative, adaptive approach with the ability to navigate ambiguity and complexity
• Above all, you bring a curious mindset and willingness to learn
