Global HR Business Partner International Sales

As the Global HR Business Partners International Sales, you will collaborate closely with the International Sales leadership team and you will play a crucial role in developing and executing HR initiatives that align with the global HR ambition and the International Sales business objectives.

You will lead – in a matrix setup - a community of country HR Business Partners supporting the General Managers of the International Sales companies around the world. Your role is pivotal in fostering a high-performance culture, drive organizational efficiency and enabling business transformation

 

The Challenge:

 
In this position, you will support
the International Sales organization in strategic and operational day-to-day decisions and execution. Your main stakeholder is the SVP of International Sales.

The SVP of International Sales defines the annual target setting for the position, however the position reports directly to the HRBP of Hearing Aids who is responsible for the continuous professional support to- and development of - the position holder.

This is not just an advisory role — you will drive change, standardize global HR practices, and build a strong, collaborative HR community that supports growth and efficiency. Your work will enable the successful implementation of a new commercial model and strengthen leadership capabilities across regions.

Hence, this role requires broad experience from various HR disciplines combined with a strong ability to communicate clearly and influence stakeholders globally; at all levels of the organization.

The tasks:

You can look forward to a truly diverse and challenging working day: In summary, you will be handling the following:

  • Act as a trusted advisor to the International Sales leadership team, providing guidance on the full spectrum of the International Sales people agenda.
  • Ensure proper implementation and follow-through on Demant and Hearing Aids strategic HR initiatives across International Sales, e.g. Engagement follow-up, global process standardization, new HR data reporting practices etc.  
  • Ensure the availability and development of relevant employee skills through e.g. workforce planning, employee development and retention initiatives in collaboration with International Sales leadership team
  • Ensuring coherence and collaboration in the global HR community.
  • Stage and execute change initiatives effectively, supporting organizational and people transitions.

 

 

The Organisation:

For the global HR organisation, the role will be instrumental in building a strong HR setup for the 20+ International Sales companies spread across Europe, Asia and South America. The setup is designed, why your role is to drive the change.

 

For the global Hearing Aids organisation, you will be instrumental in supporting the implementation of the newly designed commercial model across regions, sales channels, and Sales support functions e.g. training, Customer service etc., where the role will support the business in enabling the operational changes from a people and organisational perspective.

A key part of the role is furthermore to stage and execute change initiatives effectively, including supporting people change processes where needed.

Additionally, you will focus on developing the General Manager team, ensuring clear growth paths and succession planning to strengthen leadership capabilities for the future.

 

On top of the International Sales specific responsibilities, you will be part of the global Hearing Aids HR leadership team. Being part of this team, you will influence the overall strategic direction and focus of the Hearing Aids HR function and contribute to ensuring that the Hearing Aids HR direction is well balanced with the specific needs of the International Sales business.


What are we looking for?
We are looking for a candidate with a strong HR track record in global organizations, with expertise in transformation and change management.

 

You have solid conceptual and hands on understanding of HR core processes and You have strong experience with aligning HR practices globally to enable efficiency and consistent user.

 

To succeed in this role, you will be able to gain the trust of managers and employees at all levels, by demonstrating your understanding of the value drivers in the business . At the same time, you are an analytical and persistent change agent, who can plan, drive, execute and deliver results at an operational level.
